Speaking of the Tie Bomber's Ion Cannon, I think it would be helpful to show how many of those things the player has.  I think total it's 3?  I can't remember atm..  The thing is when I first tried it/them out I thought the ship only had one.  After I fired it the small blue ammo count showed 1 again.  I then thought they regenerated over time.  Well they don't so I think it would benefit new users to show the total count.  e.g. 1/3

actually the tie bomber has the ion cannon ONLY in battle of taloraan! on Escape from Hoth the bomber's alternative alternate fire are proton bombs!! they will drop in an 90° angle to below you!

just change view (by pressing C on default) and then press F and use ALT-fire, then you see it wink

Are the Y-Wing's ion cannon the same color as the regular bomb? I tried switching on Escape and the shots all looked red.
