Oh my hamsters, I just messed up so badly at Mos Espa.
I played as a rebel infantryman (tank hunter with 'bazooka', as usual), and when I died, I found myself moved to the other team by the server. Since there were no Imperial-held positions in the city, I respawn at the shuttle and get into the parked AT-ST. I head into town with a course for the Slave Quarters I was just defending, and at some point, after several rounds as a Rebel, forget I'm now an Imperial. The approach to the slave quarters wen down something like this:
'Wow, we'll be unbeatable at the quarters now, there's a landspeeder, too, so now we've got infantry, a speeder, and an AT-ST. The Imps will never get us. [Reaches north entrance to Quarters, just south of container yard). Damnit, is that speeder shooting at me? [Looks at mini-map], no, it's not on the mini-map, apparently hostile... but that's a rebel sitting in it... but it's shooting at me, is it a TK-er? And someone else is shooting at me, too [Looks around, sees only Rebels in cover behind various objects and stairs]. Where the F**k is that Imperial shooting at me? [Blasts speeder because it's obviously acting hostile. Driver dies and speeder speeds off into desert on its own]. Damnit, that's one weird bug, Imperials appearing as Rebels when they ride speeders. I gotta report that to the FS devs when I get back to the forums. Now, who the Heck is that shooting at me, OK, there's an Imperial, let's get him [blasts terrified stormtrooper hiding from rebels under stairs]. Now who's shooting at me-- [blows up]'
...wait, why can't I choose any of these Rebel control points as spawn points? The only one available is that... Imperial one...
[brain clicks into gear]
...OH, F********CK!'
So... er, yeah... should anyone be wondering what was with that walker you killed so easily, the one that just stood there looking surprised as Heck that you were pelting it with blaster bolts and rockets? Er, that was me
