Topic: game won't even start

just recently re-installed 2142 and the patch and fs and the patch for fs and i keep getting a window that tells me to insert the install disk for 2142 and the disk is still siting in my drive...any help would be much appreciated

Then we have faced a similar problem that i couldn't resolve so i just installed vista which SUCKS
try changing the compatability mode

Do you have this problem with ordinary 2142? Or just FirstStrike?
