Cmon...he was in love with his SISTER.  That's just begging to get killed, if you ask me.

As far as Shannon, she's just as guilty as he was, she slept with him.

Therefore they both got killed off.

I just wish Shannon actually DID get eaten by the monster like Boone thought, and that Boone would have died AFTER the agony of getting his leg chopped off.

Would have been far more entertaining.
