What's the Speedrunner going to do? I gather it's some sort of APC with heavy weapons, but will it do more than that, like reload/rearm/heal troops near it, scan its surroundings, or something else?

We're still working on the functionality for the Freerunner, it's an APC so it'll be carrying troops, we're thinking of adding a similar radar/sensor functionality to the capital ships in the space maps in that a wide area around it will be constantly scanned (possibly with a target component for the enemy to take out to disable the vehicle's sensors) . Healing and re-arming troops is also a good idea, we'll have to wait and see what comes of testing and balancing in game.

Any idea if the voice commands have been redone the imp ones suck, I made a topic about it a while back.

If theres anything i could ask for map-wise it is this: Less push maps, more classic conquest maps.
That way battles are longer, more stuff can get put in.

No, I like Push maps way better. More concentrated battles, less confusion. I dislike Mos Entha, to be honest, because with the small number of players and the average player's allergy to guarding control points, it just becomes random running from control point to control point and little actual fighting. In Push maps, the action is far more concentrated.

Yes but the concept of not being able to take back your bases just doesn't really sound realistic.
In a real war, if a major base gets taken, you have the ability to take it back.

both have their good points. I like endor a lot even if the rebels can rush the imps. but then it is the imps fault. Mos Entha is very good with around 8 players on each side. And when one team has only the top cp left things get really good.

To nitpick, S-Guy, it's only in Rebel Assault mode you can't take things back. You can in the Mos Espa map.
