This was done in the server directory, not the game client directory.
I can join the few servers who have made adjustments , but my own server shows wrong version still.
Any tips, or any one encounter the same thing ?

Another point I would like to make in this 1st post of mine ...
To all the dev team and fans ...
You have created probably the best star wars game theme ever made.
Of course riding on the awesome framework of 2142, but your graphics and modelling is impeccable.
The patch release is obviously going to hit the community hard at a sensitive time like this - right after deployment.  But you will find that people will all come back, especially when the 1.2 release is done.  I cant stress enough how much of an impact this mod has on our BFV/2142 clan .
In the 1st week of release ... I had over ten clanmembers signing on to our 1st strike team, with many more distantly eyeing us with jeolousy ... meaning they will be comming on board too , lol.

Our server was doing good too , until the ea patch .
Keep up the good work , and m,ost of all ... be patient !
Dont freak out with gloomy feelings about maybe no one will play this to its potential ....
I got onboard because I saw clearly this is going to be a very successful game within a year .

I am designing a 1st strike league based on a planetary model like the old mechwarrior leagues were played on . A planet for each map, and control of the planets hinges on the results of scheduled battles.  Planet ownership affects re-supply rates and the rate at which raids can be launched on other teams and other planets. I you dont control a planet , a handicap results limiting your teams ability to attack. Defenders of a planet obviously will have some kind of advantage to be formulated .
