Rofl Gaunt, you're a lot like me; this type of stuff bothers me a lot also.
Correction: There should be a comma after "release" because you're basically starting a new (oh, what's the word?)... There's a new subject, therefore you need a comma before the conjunction.
I believe the word you are looking for is "Independent Clause."
"For the Rebels expect to see the following, please remember that different enviroments will mean differing uniforms and species."
Correction: There should be a comma after "Rebels." Instead of a comma after following, there should be a semi-colon( ; ).

Hm... just a thought, maybe you guys could like... find an editor.
I'm not trying to sound rude, but it would make the site look and feel much more professional.
I know the devs are probably too busy to do that kind of thing themselves.
