We had a version of Bestine in testing quite a while ago, I can give you a quick taster of what it looked like in game here. The problem was due to the size it lagged a bit here and there, and that was just with you playing it alone never mind with 60+ other people in there running around. Also the shear size of the thing meant it takes quite a while to get around, this can be addressed by having abundant speeders available to help you get around. But to be quite honest I'd advise you to make the city a touch smaller, not expand it even further. That said, it does look mighty impressive in game, and if you can hone the design of the map so that despite the size, the gameplay and combat is focused (possibly done with key objectives that would focus the battle in certain areas) this could indeed be a great map.
I also noted Ty mentioning that the mountains are too high? I personally liked the mountains as they were, gave you a great view of the city, and gave the invading force a mighty intimidating fortress to try and assault in that cliff face and Turbolaser towers.
