Topic: A question about ranking your server

Is the ranking automatic with the mod or does something else need to be set up? I am familiar with the alternative ranking systems with BF2, such as AMR and MRS. Does this work the same way? Does it require a modification of hosts files, as well as a new exe file and new python files?

It will all be included with the patch, no need to download anything else, unless you run a server everything will be the same for the players, the ranking will be automatic and you don't have to set up anything yourself.

So server owners don't have to set up anything? The ranking will be automatic? Is this tied into EA's ranking system?

Not tied to EA ranking system. I am not sure if server owners have to do anything special yet, but all the files will most likely be included in the server files download.

all the info wil be given so that if server owners do have to change anything, they wil have more then enof time.
i dont know how it realy works either, but i trust the devs in giving us this kind of info if needed
