i have tested the map under 'conflict 2142', it was fun...
to add the new skins download the bf2142 version of the map, and install to the directory ...\Battlefield 2142\mods\cf2142\levels, open server.zip and rename this line in the Init.con file:

LevelSettings.CustomTextureSuffix "jungle"
else
texturemanager.customTextureSuffix "jungle"

now, open common_client.zip\textures\sky, and rename the file 2xresY_skybase01_FS1.dds to 2xresY_skybase01_jungle.dds.

Probably not, but a Community Map Pack is in order I think.
