Topic: All by my self

So here i am again for yet another night, sitting looking at a list of 5 playable servers, all of which sit empty, all playing virtually the same map. I click on one and join, run around for a short time, and wish i could start a map vote, but alas no... can't. So explore the map i do, safe in the knowledge i am, at present, the only living person on Earth playing First Strike! Some may think this post sad but pity me not.... for i have discovered FIRST STRIKE, the best mod in the universe, feel sorry my friends for the poor souls out there that haven't tongue

There were 26+ people on just a few days ago on the same server. Finding players is all about patience, timing and luck - for now, at least. When 1.2 comes out, it'll be sure to attract more players!

As a side note, exploring the maps is often a very good idea, especially when playing Mos Espa, which can be a bit like navigating a labyrinth.

during the week you are not very likely to find many players, but on weekends (especially sundays), when things go well, you will find situations like the one safe keeper mentioned!

I feel your pain my friend. I don't have much time for gaming these days and it's killing me that I can't go online and find FS servers brimming with players at anytime of the day. sad

Almost everytime I log on, no one is on-line and I end up screwing around by myself for quite a while, waiting for someone to join. It's agony I tell you. lol I'm really starting to wish full on bot support will be added. lol It's at least something. tongue

...and I totally agree, First Strike is TEH BES MOD, EVAR!!!11!1! ;-) We HAVE to spread the word. I wonder if it'd be legit to go on the Battlefront forums in LucasArts' website and "advertise". ;-)
