Re: Thanks for two great rounds

Communication is key to teamwork.

When I am squad leader I open up on VOIP and give directions

If people listen I continue to direct and lead the squad to victory.

If they don't I stop giving them directions and do my own squeezey pooh because they aren't worth my breathe.

Some more awesome games last night. Though almost every time I got Ty some inconsiderate Rebel would revive him tongue

Hopefully this is going to keep up, it's great seeing a server so active and really re-inforces the team work thing. I went through most of the kits last night depending on what was needed at the time to help the squad. Martar cannon came in great for taking back town center, there were three or four rebels (Ty I think was up there) on top of a roof, I think squad leader had placed heavy cannon on there and maybe a spawn beacon and a few mortar rounds took care of them. Great game, I think we won by about 30 or so tickets in the end.

Actually that was me, seprest and inund8.

We had no beacons, just a bacta tank tongue Was waiting for your teammates to come around the corner and somehow you lobbed those mortars right through the smoke... I think I was the first get pelted and killed. Then tehy tried healing eachother or w/e and got killed too.

Re: Thanks for two great rounds

Heh, we had a secret spawn beacon strategically placed the entire round at town center that you guys never found. Meant we were able to come from a different location other than crash site which is why the mortars came in, I could see you guys waiting wink

What a round though! I had Fraps running the whole time I was on, so I have about 100Gb of footage from last night. I'll go through it and see if theres anything I can use if anyone is interested. Anyone know if BR was running?

Re: Thanks for two great rounds

Could do, I prefer the bigger maps though as it gives you the full freedom of the map and more assets to play with, I might look at knocking it down to the 32 player maps some time.

Battlerecorder isn't currently on on our server, I had a word about it, and our guys think that BR will hamper the performance of the server as it is only small and runs a Quake Wars server too. Will look into it some more to see what the exact peformance hit would be.
