Those link on main dl-site seem to be down, is there any new ones?

And does this mod works with 2142 patched to 1.40?

Does indeed work with 1.4, and unfortunately our mirrors all seem to have gone down.  I will put something up.

Also, the installer will tell you it needs 1.25, just click ignore and it will install fine.
