Downloaded the IL2 demo, and it's not too bad. A bit arcade-ish compared to Combat Flight Simulator 3, but not bad at all.
I recently bought the downright awesome Falcon 4.0, though (my first impressions can be found here), so I'm busy. Not to mention that the heavily computerized F-16 is ever so infinitely easier to fly than the World War II fighters. It's practically impossible to get it to stall, and taking off is a dream.
