IMO BF2 space combat only had one problem, missles locked on TOO quickly..

i mean, it wasnt fire n forget, i used to go circles around the so-called Server top ace who flew a Tie Interceptor while i flew a Y-Wing, to lose only when he called upon the server admin to claim i was cheating smile. it STILL had some skill involved, mainly on blaster only fights..

i enjoy SWBF2 fully to this day

I don't know how you still enjoy SWBF2 "fully to this day". Fighter matches were too easy, not trying to brag but I almost always won. It wasn't very fun playing against other players that weren't that skilled, which was the majority of the SWBF2 online community, or at least while I played.

It all about HOW you look into the game...

if you seek realism, yea, SWBF2 isnt for you,
but i seek above all else fun, and a general SW feel, captured previously only by the GC mod for Bf1942,

And if you are indeed superior to the rest of them, shame on them =P
