Can we have a shot or two with the freighters? I just can't make sense of those shots. It looks like they hover in mid-air, which may not be the intention.

Hey hey.  Just took a bit of a break as I had been spending all of my free time working on this map since 1.2 was released.  Don't worry I'll get this badboy finished.  I'll stop by IRC sometime.

I'll post more screenshots of the freighters.  They are actually docked to structures I made out of the tie rack and catwalk from the ISD hangar.  Those structures will eventually be anchored to the ground by some other creation.

The 64 player CPs, spawns, and object spawners are pretty much placed.  Just some tweaking needed.
Still have to work on the 32 and 16.

I did mess around with the Death Star tiles at one point when I was learning the editor and making test maps.  I can check for the soldier collisions and see if they could be used in some manner.  I was considering trying them out I just have to keep framerates in mind.  I've already got a number of large statics along with some extensive platform constructions.

hey is there any chance of you adding objectives for instance:

rebels need to first take out a emplacement of anti air towers at the main base

then rebels with a new supply of fighters would need to destroy the 2 freighters.

after that they need to destroy the imperial generators that are sheilding the main base from attack

cap oil rig

last objective the rebs need is to get to the center of the base aka (control center) which could be under the base

well there are my suggestions wouldn't ever expect them to be in this map but i would love to think that they could be added in at a later time since we have no maps the are objective based (last i checked) cept battle of hoth.

sorry haven't played in a while since i live in a remote reigon of the earth

oh and what ive always dreamed in making for a map is bonues that you can recive when you cap a point e.g

rebels cap an anti-air tower in a map after they cap they get 2 y-wing vehicle spawns which spawn in mid air (like in space maps) which could help you gain air support

and i was wondering is there going to be a compound wall around the base cuz i think it feels weird that the imps have a pretty large operation set up but they have little defenceive capabilities.
