Heh, and if you think about it the second Clone Wars micro series comes after this too (well the last episode does at least) because that leads directly into the opening of Revenge of the Sith with Palpatine kidnapped by General Grievous and the start of that excellent space battle above Coruscant which starts the movie.

Nice idea Flippy, I think an animated series in the original trilogy era would be fantastic too, would be good to see the original characters kicking butt again, I bet there are still stories that could be told in that era.
With the live action series I believe they're going to be looking at smaller scale stories, so you won't see any of the major characters like Vader or Han Solo (as far as I know), Maybe Boba Fett is a small enough character to just get away with a cameo, but I couldn't say. Either way I don't think it is going to turn into the Boba Fett show or anything.
