i just saw the prevew for season three. it looks good. they are bringing Cad Bane and zero the hut back. also Shak Ti is going to be in it.

My dream would be that they let this show run through episode III, showing some of the roles played and stories not shown in the movie.
Then they start with a new series:

Starwars : Order 66 which runs for two short seasons and a movie, as Vader hunts down jedi and dissidents, all the while becoming more bitter with the path he has chosen, which he now feels forced into.

The earlier and later episodes of 66 feature Bail Organa and the beginnings of the rebel alliance ammassing support from various systems. All covert stuff.
Maybe an episode thrown to everyones favorite bounty hunter or smuggler.
The series covers 20 years or so.

A new series begins: Star Wars: Galactic Civil War or Alliance
Starting shortly after the events of TFU, it features Leia's covert operations, R2 & 3P0 and various rebel operations.
This can run right through the Original Trilogy, showing troops and actions of the GCW and shadows of the Empire.
And it better show some bothans being killed.

Hmmm. I have to say, if they made a Galactic Civil War series, I would like to watch it. Especially if there would be ground battles.

The way I see it, its Vader and clone troopers hunting the jedi. Possibly other force sensitives involved with the Empire too.
It'll never happen because its way too dark.

But there'd be pursuit episodes, Vader chasing Jedi across the galaxy.
There'd be rambo episodes where a lone jedi survives behind enemy lines and takes out loads of clones to achieve an objective.

There'd be trap/haunted house episodes, where Vader lures jedi to an abandoned space station and picks them off to toy with them.

Stormtrooper/clonetrooper episodes where we see clone units hunting jedi with Jango style flamethrowers, sniper rifles and rocket launchers.
