The sky can be changed in the level files, just need to rename the texture it points to to one that you like from another map. Off the top of my head can't remember which one.
Ticket bleed is done by giving your flags a set number of capture points. Once a particular team has 100 points or more the other team begins to bleed. So for example, it Tattooine Mos Espa 16p, there are four flags. They are worth 50 points to each team. If you control two flags, neither team bleeds since they both have 100 points, forcing you to attempt to take another one. If you have three, then you have 150 points and they have 50, causing them to begin to bleed.
If you need other statics then talk to gwynzer, he may still have some rebel statics that never made it in to the mod, think Bandu made them?? if he no longer has them then I might have a copy somewhere. Would certainly make this one stand out with some new assets.
