The 'aircraft carriers' are actually USMC Amphibius Assualt Ships (The ship featured is BF2 is the USS WASP) not carriers like CVN 65 the USS Enterprise which is as you said three times bigger.

We'd love to make huge interiors but it all depends on what the engine can handle and what type of limitations we have. I'm sure you'll all be very excited to see what interior we're currently testing, it's BIG and jaw-dropping.

Yes gc was a good mod for bf42. So i cant wait to see it with all that bf2 graphics. I bet it can handle the biggest ships.

Heck yes we are!  A few more details and the little "secret internal stuff" in that video will be finished wink

One thing I hated about GC was how easy it was to kill the pilots and gunners of a capital ship, I'm hoping that we will take care of that by adding a bit more intricacy to the capital ship interiors.  For instance, if you boarded the rebel frigate in GC, you could kill the pilot, and all of the gunners within a few second, in First Strike, I'm hoping that we can add seperate areas that the guns are operated from, while still allowing the pilot/gunners to switch positions with the hot keys.

I just got done finish watching RoTS and I was thinking, is it possible to script the ships to move around the map and at one point meet each other? That we be so awesome, guns blazing as the ships rip themselves apart.
