I like this idea. BUT, I have a change on it:
We've all seen the Titan mode now, where you have to blow up the core of the ship so the Tittan is distroyed. Keep the parts where everything is produced at this one building, but add a core to it, that when it's destroyed, the building doesn't produce anything else. BUT, don't let this end the game. The map would be just like normal with all of the flags that you have to caputre and bleed. Only if your factory is destroyed, you have to do it by foot. And for defense, have turrets outside or on the roof (I have a castle like building when I think of a factory). Put the core some where under ground or under a roof so it's only accessable by foot personel. Infact, put it all the way in the back of the factory and under ground so artillery can't effect it, and where supplie creates can entre (more on this).
So, with personal only able to attack it/defend it, let it be destroyed with C4 and/or grenades (six or seven of them). And as I said earlier, supply boxes shouldn't be allowed to reach this part of the map because one person can spam grenades (that puts alot of emphasis on the player who plays supply). Anyway, with the corridor leading to the core, have an event trigger along the path that sends a message to the defending team's HUD that says "Empire has entred Corridor NAMEHERE, Need Backup at Core!", or something similar.
