I was also about 4-5 the year being about 87-88, my 7 year older brother loved sw and passed the sw passion down to me. He had quite a few toys, but we thought the feets of the at-st would be way cooler taped together as a ship instead of just, well, feet.
The atst head I taped onto the millenium Falcon (Which I got through trading some of my toys) where the cockpit should be (long gone the pit is)

anyway, first movie memory I have is from ROTJ when Wicket steals a speeder bike and races through the forest. Being four I thought it was crazy fun.

I got X-wing Alliance for my 10th birthday, watched A new hope 1 month later, and then I evolved into a Star Wars geek.

I was about six years old. So I think the year was '85 or '86. I was with my parents at my nannys house. She came with a video and asked if I wanted to see star wars. I had no idea what she was talking about but I said sure. I remeber only few things from that video: Tusken raiders and C3PO. I thought those were the coolest things in that video at that time. So she was showing me New Hope.
It took many many years before I saw it again, but when I did I remembered what it was, and there started my time as a star wars fan.

I was 4 years old when i first saw Star Wars (i am 20 now ;-) ) I really loved it....some time later my mom bought me a X-Wing model out of metal...after that my Star Wars trip started....i got many many action figures and so on...^^

OMG I went to see it as a 4 year old at the local cinema with my dad the year it was released. Now I feel REALLY old sad

I was 4 years old and ill, off from school/nursery.  My (much) older brother had been given the original version of ANH for his birthday (was 1994), and I was watching it with him.  I was immediately enthralled and watched it all the time.  Over the years later I saw TESB and RotJ, and the SE editions in the cinema.  I've loved Star Wars pretty much ever since.

Which reminds me.... I wonder where that original ANH copy is now.  Hope it's not lost neutral

As a more mature(???) person, i have had the privilage of seeing all 6 movies in the cinema, albeit ANH was re-released when TESB came out.  I remember being blown away the first time i saw them, and i still am.....


And i get to take my son to see them too..... and he's more of s Star wars Almanac than i am LOL



Oh, and i still own (and fight with) my lightsabres
