This sucks as, BECAUSE.

Constructive critiscism is never frowned upon. althoug you can't help feeling a LITTLE dinted pride when someone says they dislike somethin but the profesional attitude is to take it on board and if the general consesnsus (we can't change stuff because 1 person says so) agrees with you, then we try to change it.

we do however wish to remind people that we are working in an engine that we are pushing way beyond it's designs, and that we are totaly unsupported (more so than Bf2 mods) as we don't even have an official editor.

So not everythign is possible, but we like to try smile

thankyou for the kind comments, and we are working on the hotfix as i type smile

yeah im quiet shocked aswell for the good responses from devs very unusual ideed thx First Strike Team for providing us this awsome game realy can't  stop playing now ^^  btw this mod gives ya childhood memorys wink

Glad to hear it. I stuck on ANH tonight my GF has never seen it!!! Ahhh memories, jumpers for goalposts, wurthers originals, 1p chews, copy of 2000ad, bottle of cream soda....mumble mumble reminisce..etc

Yeah I would agree that this DEV team has been great.  Many mods that come out and you post comments you get nothing back but negative comments and the old stand by "don't play then".

This team has even a bigger problem with solving some issues, as the editor was never made to work "nice" with 2142.  I do lots of mapping for BF2, but after many problems with trying to map for 2142 using the BF2Editor, I have the utmost respect for what they are doing.

I said this in another post but I'll say it here again.  These guys are AWESOME!  It's people like this that put time and effort into awesome and well conceived projects that give the regular gamers some fun, exciting and amazing games and gaming experiences.

Community is important for FS as it provides the team with much needed feedback, both negative and positive so they know how to improve the mod even better for future releases. Of course, Im not fond on comments like "this sux donkey nuts!!!11one" like Preacher said, but well put criticism is always very welcome. The devs have done amazing job for 2142 and Im sure they will keep on tossing out more and more impressive content in the future.

Im glad to hear you all feel this way about us, makes me like you all a liiiittle bit more smile No but seriously, as preach here pointed out so well, some posts might dent your pride somewhat, but all there is to do really is suck it up, look it up and finally fix it up!
