I hope that vanilla 2142 maps DO NOT make it into the FS map rotatiopn.

Its all about immersion into the SW universe for me and so adding vanilla 2142 maps into the mix would be like taking a step backwards. I'm completely over vanilla 2142 anyways, so I would prefer that all future FS maps be set in the SW universe.

And the time it would take (even if it would not take much) should be used to fix bugs, add vehicles, make new SW maps etc. IMHO.

EDIT: I think the Fleet Commander idea is fantastic, though!!!

Wow, I guess that settles it. Star Wars is Star Wars, not like the more notable battles weren't filmed on actual Earth and 2142 is too "Earthy". I just like variety, flexibility, and co-op. It's a great 1st release but like with the original Counter Strike or original UT the same 6 maps can get old quick. Yay Italy! Yay Deck 16! Yay Mos Espa!
