Maybe the shoot through shields is a bit too powerful, but in close quarters this thing would get blown away by even a pistol, 1 second to charge, no crosshairs, horrible accuracy, and a five second recharge.

ranked servers or unranked? does my bf2142 account rank count towards the unlocks?

First Strike does not have unlocks. All weapons are avaiable from start. Some servers have a incorrect setting, which does not allow you to use all weapons.

Just pick another server.

So it does not involve ranked or unranked or your BF2142 account.

Do the server admins know that they have to change their setting to allow users to use all weapons/ Most servers I have played in dont allow access to secondary weapons ... maybe the Devs could send out a memo to all Server Admins?

Aren't some of the weapons dependent on how many people are in your squad?

Cause, when i don't join a squad, I can't use the second medic gun, but when i do, I always can.

yeah, I'm not paritculary happy with the sniper rifles either. I think the disruptor is ok, but the
DLT-20a is bad; its quite inaccurate (for a sniper rifle that is), and I find the ruptor to be more efficient in killing than the DLT; I've had ppl engaging me (I have the DLT-20a), shooting them once or twice in the shoulders/head (again, accuracy), survive, and then proceed to kill me.
