The Walker Animation in GC consists of round about 24 Rotational Bundles, tricky combined to produce a linear movement of the legs. This may be very laggy for the bf2142 engine. And there was unfortunately no way to get the legs doing one step after another like it should be for lore accuracy.
But bf2142 finally has the possibilities to use triggered animation. The way to do this may be hard and time intensive, but its worth to do it that way, cause it will look way better. And the ATAT will get the option to step sideways too for example. In relation to the ATST the ATAT would look very odd with the RotationalBundle Solution . Btw, the ATAT in GC costs one year of hard work and brain jumble to make it walk that halfcool way. So we should be patient and wait for the triggered animation Solution !
